The Ice Rink offers an activity for everyone to enjoy. Opened throughout the week with occasional Ice Shows in the summertime. Skate rentals are available in the hotel, or if you have your own, bring them and enjoy everything the Carousel has to offer.

Cheap hotel on the strip right on the beach. Good location, lot of things within walking distance notably grocery stores, food outlets and drug stores. I was only here for a two night stay. Service was pretty slow at the front desk to get keys, it took 30 mins because the front desk agent kept going to do other things. Her name was Leidy. Also when I called later to request something she rudely hung up on me. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable and my accomodations were met. I like that they give you a fridge, microwave and coffee amenities. The little cafe is nice as well though I never went to it but it's nice they offer it. The pool and hot tub are standard and do the job. My only big issue is the doors to the rooms don't sit flush when closed. I noticed it on other doors as well but my door had a noticably large gap at the top. This allowed excess noise from the hall to get in.

Requested a higher floor when I booked the reservation, didn't get it. I understand it's not guaranteed, cool. However, only 1 elevator worked for floors 5 - 11. It was a nightmare. Literally waiting 15 plus minutes to go to and from your room. Requested another room due to this, denied. I had a handicap individual with me, it was extremely stressful having to wait for an elevator, everyone attempting to squeeze in, cut the line, just a nightmare.
Requested late check out, denied. Literally zero accommodations. At time of check in, the person in front of me, their kids got some type of free voucher to skate, mines didn't. Maybe if I was a mid-forties white woman I'd of gotten a single request. Beach access is cool, the outside bar, cool. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.

We stayed here 6/29-7/1. The first room we were assigned had a broken ac , broken door, peeling dry wall, & sandy bathroom floor. We called about the ac and was sent a handyman who said a part was broken, he talked to the front desk and they sent him up with a portable ac. We called the front desk and asked to switch rooms due to ac and the other issues. The next room was much better but still not good for the money paid. The door had a slight opening not sealing shut, the walls are paper thin and very loud. We didn’t receive any room service the entire stay. Customer service terrible and slow. The pools are sad looking and dirty (almost green looking?) This place overall needs a major renovation and better management. We have been here 2x and won’t be returning.
