Only bad things I could say aren't really bad things. One the Ice skating rink isn't open while we are here it opens the day we check out. Two the Bamboo lounge happy hour was so crowded we couldn't really get in. Besides that we had a great time. We are twice yearly guests and enjoy the fact they always try to do new things to keep the visits feeling fresh. It's become one of our family traditions.

Absolutely do not stay here if you value peace and quiet. Many of the rooms share a door way/hallway that is a large open carnival-like atmosphere blaring music with kids screaming and playing at all hours. It echos through the guest rooms and will remove any tranquility you were hoping for. At 10 pm we had enough and left for an Airbnb around the corner.

Aside from this it smelled, had grime all over the walls and we found candy wrappers in our supposedly clean pillow case.

We come here like 2 times a year especially in the winter and fall times. We live the indoor ice rink it’s so much fun. Make sure to call and check if it’s gonna be open when u stay because if they have a hockey game going on the ice is closed. The pool is nice but sometimes packed with rowdy teens. The maintenance team was so nice here and showed me the industrial laundry room. Pretty cool, I changed out all the fire extinguishers here back in 2023 march working for anaconda protective concepts. It was so fun, they even gave me free skate rental because I changed all the fire extinguishers with newly serviced ones. The rooms r really clean and the towels smell amazing. Ecolab clearly soft plus softener really does a good job. They have 4 65lb washers and 4 120lb dryers in their laundry room downstairs
