Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Excellent location easy walk-out access to the beach. We got a balcony ocean view room and I couldn't be happier with it. I have read reviews of people talking about the rooms not being clean or looking outdated, but our room was perfect. Larger than expected. Comfortable beds, living room area, nice kitchen with full size fridge. The pool was also a good addition to our stay. Lots of stores in walking distance and great restaurants. In conclusion, it was a 5 star experience. Would consider staying here again due to the reasonable price and I would recommend to just about any age group.

My husband and I and our two-year-old grandson were there August 25 through the 31st. If I could give them a 10 star review, I absolutely would the room that we stayed in was the newly renovated queen size room overlooking the pool. It was amazing, I don’t know where some of the people give the princess Royale a bad rating because a couple of times we have called for towels since there was three of us. Within 10 minutes or less, we had new fresh towels waiting outside our door. We never waited for anything that we needed. They were right on top of everything that we needed. You are just steps away from the beach, they had a nice area where my grandson can play, it’s probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend staying here for the minute. We walked into the minute we left. We felt like we were really important to them. Also, I don’t understand how people can say that it was dirty and didn’t smell good for the minute. We walked in. You can smell the freshness of them cleaning and always keeping it. Neat and clean people complain about the dirty pool. I don’t know where they say. the pool is dirty of course you’re gonna have sand in it because even though people wash off, you’re still gonna get sand in it. At night when the pool closed at 10 o’clock, I saw two people clean it from one end to the other. If I knew the pool was not clean. I would’ve never let my grandson go in it. I am looking forward to returning next year to this wonderful resort and so Wonderful staff members

We were in one of the recently renovated rooms according to the booking. It was comfortable but not fantastic. The bed was very nice. The indoor pool is a very good size with easy access all around. The outdoor grill smelled wonderful but we never ate there. My biggest complaint would be the elevators, they need more of them, and the parking, they should have put a bridge in between the parking structure and the resort.
