Sweet Spot OC on 14th street

Disappointed. Went last night due to reviews about gluten free cones. There are no GF waffles & they said soft serve was also not GF. My husband purchased a polish ice (he has celiacs). Then I ordered a milk shake for myself but the representative said,"we have no milkshakes." No explanation to go with it. We bought a soft serve twist which looked watery and our child didn't even eat half which has never happened with ice cream. I walked down to Julia's for a nice milkshake and nice people.

Went last night. I ordered a small Polish Ice (chocolate). I was handed a prepackaged chocolate flavored ice chunk with freezer burn. It was not fresh and clearly made days earlier. For $6. My daughter ordered a snow cone and was given a slushie (large chunks of ice). The cashier was rude and stared coldly at us as our expressions clearly showed confusion over what we were handed. My son's vanilla soft serve was fine. I was very excited to try Polish Ice too. It was an upsetting end to our lovely day in OC. We've gone to Dumser's and Rita's since then and have had quality products and friendly service.

It's probably our favorite ice cream place in Ocean City. The wait wasn't long at all, even with a long line, plus the service was grea. The ice cream was thick, had a great taste, and had plenty of toppings. I ended up getting a twist cone with chocolate sprinkles in a dish, and my wife got a hot Fudge Sunday with oreo and Whip Cream. We would gladly eat there again. We actually returned a few days later for more lol.
